Welcome to our Gathr Foods FAQs section! These are the frequently asked questions we found from our files. You may find it useful as you browse through our website.
Are crickets clean and safe to eat?
People may think that insects are dirty because we are used to seeing them in the street, farms or as unwanted guests in our houses. However, cricket farms are some of the cleanest places. The crickets are kept in separate shelves based on their life stage and are fed a gluten-free diet. They must be raised under Food Department guidelines, and the farm performs regular testing on the flour to ensure its highest quality and safety.
